“When it comes to global energy, nobody understands it better than ExxonMobil,” said Edward Glab, Director of the Global Energy Security Forum.

On Tuesday, February 12th, 2013, the Global Energy Security Forum in FIU’s School of International and Public Affairs will present "The Global Energy Outlook to 2040”. The presentation explores the global energy context within which the world will implement new energy policies and measures to address global warming. In addition, the presentation will cover renewables, the growing demand for power generation and transportation, and reduction of CO2 emissions.

Registration for the event will begin at 10:00 am. The presentation will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the MARC Pavilion at the FIU Modesto A. Maidique Campus. A free lunch buffet will follow.
